These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Kahil Fragrance. Last updated: 18 October 2026.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from Kahil Fragrance and to every contract concluded via kahilfragrance.nl. You can read, save or print them on this page at any time.

Article 3 – The offer

We describe our products as clearly and completely as possible. Images show the product faithfully, but small differences in colour or packaging are possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us.

Some Kahil scents are inspired by well-known perfumes. They are not original products of those brands, and Kahil is not affiliated with those brands. Brand names mentioned are the property of their owners and are only used to describe the fragrance profile.

Article 4 – The contract

The contract is concluded as soon as you have placed and paid for your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you.

Article 5 – Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. You will see any shipping costs before you complete your order. You pay in advance, for example with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or Klarna. If you pay later via Klarna, Klarna's terms also apply.

Article 6 – Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide with your order. Orders placed before 17:00 on a working day are shipped the same day. We deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless we agree otherwise with you. The risk of damage or loss only passes to you once you have received the parcel. Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. For orders delivered in the Netherlands, this period is 30 days. Notify us of your withdrawal within the period by email or via the contact form; you may use the model withdrawal form from our refund policy. Then send the product back within 14 days.

During the withdrawal period, handle the product and its packaging with care. You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from using the product more than necessary to examine it.

Article 8 – Costs of withdrawal and refunds

For orders in the Netherlands, returns are free. For orders in other countries, you pay the direct cost of sending the product back. We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notification using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have shown that you have sent it back.

Article 9 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been broken after delivery. Our 50 ml perfumes are delivered sealed in foil.

Article 10 – Free samples

With every 50 ml bottle of Extrait de Parfum you receive 2 free samples, and with every perfume oil or car perfume 1. You choose the scents in your cart. If a chosen scent is temporarily unavailable, or if you don't choose, we will pick another scent for you. Samples are free and do not need to be sent back if you return your order.

Article 11 – Conformity and guarantee

We guarantee that our products comply with the contract and with what you may reasonably expect. Your statutory rights always apply.

Article 12 – Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Report it as soon as possible, with a clear description, via info@kahilfragrance.nl. We will confirm your complaint and give you a substantive response within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit the dispute to the competent court.

Article 14 – Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to all contracts with Kahil Fragrance. If you live in another EU country, you also retain the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country.
