Shipping policy

We ship your order carefully and as quickly as possible from the Netherlands. Below you can read what shipping costs and when you can expect your parcel.

Shipping costs

Netherlands: free shipping on every order.
Other EU countries: €6 per order, free from €50.

When do we ship?

If you order on a working day before 17:00 (Dutch time), we ship your order the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 or at the weekend are shipped on the next working day.

Delivery

We ship with DHL. In the Netherlands and Belgium your parcel is usually delivered the next working day; to other EU countries it usually takes 2 to 3 working days. These are expected delivery times; the carrier may sometimes deviate from them.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking code. Is your parcel delayed or lost? Email us at info@kahilfragrance.nl and we'll look into it for you.

Free samples

Every 50 ml bottle of Extrait de Parfum comes with 2 free samples, and every perfume oil or car perfume with 1. You choose the scents yourself in your cart. If you don't choose, we'll pick a scent for you. The samples are 2 to 5 ml.
