Refund policy

Not happy, or would you rather have a different scent? Here's how returns work.

Cooling-off period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. For orders delivered in the Netherlands we give you extra time: there you can return up to 30 days after receipt.

What can you return?

You can always return unopened products in their original packaging within this period. Our 50 ml perfumes are delivered in a sealed box (foil). For hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery. You don't need to send back free samples.

Handle the product and its packaging with care. If you have used a product more than necessary to examine it, we may charge you for the reduction in value.

How to request a return

Let us know within the period that you want to return: email your name and order number to info@kahilfragrance.nl or use the contact form. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to. Then send the product back within 14 days of your notification.

Return costs

Netherlands: returns are free; we'll send you a return label.
Other EU countries: you pay the direct cost of sending the product back.

Refund

We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notification using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have shown that you have sent it back.

Damaged or wrong product?

Received a damaged, defective or wrong product? Contact us as soon as possible, preferably with a photo. We'll send you a new product or refund you, at no cost to you.
