✦ Customers in the Netherlands have 30 days to request a return.
European countries (EU + non-EU)
✦ Customers in European countries outside the Netherlands have 14 days to request a return.
Return Conditions
Because our products are intended for personal use, we can only accept returns if:

✔ the seal/packaging is fully intact
✔ the item is in brand-new condition
